We play swinging funk music from the 60's to today with a focus on female representation.
The music consists of a mixture of self-written and arranged covers of both well-known and lesser-known songs. The music contains improvisational elements.

On September 20, Becka and the Funky Flakes will release a new single, available on all platforms. The song is called "Stanna" and the lyrics describe (with humor and a twinkle in the eye) how complicated love can be sometimes. More music will be released this fall!
The band was active in 2014-2016, and was restarted in 2022 by Rebecka Lindstedt.
